Carbon Steel Press Fittings with EPDM sealing element are designed for use in mechanical & fire sprinkler piping systems with Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe. Press fittings are a relatively new type of fitting that uses a mechanical press to create a permanent seal between the pipe and the fitting.
